Now put three stars only because I always have a hard time reaching them on the phone. I have to call them like 10,000 times. I’ve been calling them all morning this morning and they have not picked up yet.

Office on Armstrong is friendly and inviting. Therapists and Counselors always abatible and are able to fit patients in as quickly as possible. Great experience for a 10yo

Edit: 3 years later, I cannot get ahold of the front desk for anything. It takes days of calling every hour on the hour to get ahold of someone to change, cancel or schedule an appointment. *** Wonderful place! Extremely kind and understanding staff. They are very thorough, make sure you are more than comfortable and keep you feeling as safe as possible. The women at the front desk are amazingly sweet. Couldn't be happier with this place.

Do not join the out reach team one of my close friends told me they were very unprofessional and that the leader and site coordinator is very demanding and rude and has no respect for there canvassers and they will talk behind your back but won’t say it to your face so I repeat DO NOT!! apply for the outreach team in Gastonia nc

My case worker is Sarah James Saunders. It is a pleasure having her as my case worker. Mrs. Sarah goes above and beyond to answer my questions and give me all the resources that I need. Mrs. Sarah calls every few weeks to make sure I am doing okay and to find out if there is anything that I need. I really enjoy her as my case worker, she does a great job
