I have. Been working with them since long time and family person is there patient to they always help out with every issue and professional I like it
Unprofessional with their workers and clients, they always have attitude about doing their jobs, never call you back on time, never check their messages so when they call to question you they say you never called them cause they never checked their messages, they terminate people without informing them of why. Their clock in systems are always messing up. The field supervisors are always over loaded with clients so they always have excuses on why it took them longer than a week to get back to you. Horrible healthcare company. With this company there is NO care in Healthcare. This company is ALL about $$, they do NOT have any compassion, empathy, sympathy, care for anyone, caregivers or clients. Unfortunately my mother is a client of theirs and her health condition is declined and shes in the bed 24/7 and yet they will not help to get her more than 3 hours a day.
