Do not expect them to provide in home personal care. They are stuck in a rut from 22 years ago. I’m almost totally incapacitated power chair and bed, they have only one floater they’ve had for 22 yrs. Not even considering hiring more. Imagine!!! They sent her somewhere for 2 weeks with no notice to me. I’m being given this one person one day a week for 4.5 hrs. I need 33 hours. Goodness. The left hand do not know what the right hand is doing most of the time. Very Passive Aggressive disrespectful staff who likes to dramatize a matter. Goodness if you are home healthcare person in charge for your child or others. Find another company. Substandard company. Before getting to know a person they assume that you are uneducated and they will try to treat you in that manner for sake of having a title to their name. Awful company. The way they treat their clients. Rude, disrespectful etc. would have given zero stars if possible. Staff ( higher ups ) are very rude . Wouldn’t recommend
