Don’t work here. I worked here for a month. They never paid me what they owe me. My boss also was the worst. Her name was Elsa. If you have her has a boss, I feel sorry for you. She’s horrible if I Could rate it zero stars, I would. I’ve been calling them and they said they will call me back. They never do. It’s really sad also because the client is a friend of the Family and he really misses me
The staff at Outreach have been great to me and my boyfriend. Who is my caregiver. They check on me often to see how I'm doing. I would recommend them to my family and friends awesome job u guys.
I wish that I could rate this lower. I was hired on as a caregiver and submitted everything that was asked of me to a woman named ashley beasely. I confirmed my identity my status said hired on talent reef and was told she was running my background check on august 28th 2025. She told me that I would hear from her by the end of the day. Now that was a holiday weekend so i tried giving her a grace period of one week to contact me. Do not expect them to provide in home personal care. They are stuck in a rut from 22 years ago. I’m almost totally incapacitated power chair and bed, they have only one floater they’ve had for 22 yrs. Not even considering hiring more. Imagine!!! They sent her somewhere for 2 weeks with no notice to me. I’m being given this one person one day a week for 4.5 hrs. I need 33 hours. Goodness. The left hand do not know what the right hand is doing most of the time. Very Passive Aggressive disrespectful staff who likes to dramatize a matter. Goodness if you are home healthcare person in charge for your child or others. Find another company. Substandard company. Before getting to know a person they assume that you are uneducated and they will try to treat you in that manner for sake of having a title to their name.
