Katherine organized and provided an amazing dinner experience for our large family at our beautiful Big Island rental house, in celebration of some notable birthdays. Not only was the food outstanding, but she also arranged for outdoor seating, flowers, leis, a musician, a photographer and an after-dinner fire show. All were great. We had chef Katherine and her team for an amazing dinner . She made mushroom potstickers / dumplings that were delicious. My favorite appetizer.. She made an appetizer for my two daughters ( 5 y/o and 2 y/o). It was cheese quesadilla. They ate them up! She also made a separate meal for the girls too , very kid friendly . She was very thoughtful and considerate in making meals for them. It was so sweet. The main course she made was a surf and turf with glass noodles and veggie noodles with miso dressing. The best !
Fantastic experience with Chef Katherine and her team. We engaged Outrageous Gourmet to prepare an ''in-house" special dinner for my husband's 70th birthday and family reunion. What I really appreciated, beyond her excellent food (picture), was Katherine's efforts to make our event as special as possible.
