My request for help was met with a speedy and efficient response. My issue was fixed by the time I got home from work the very next day!
This building is wonderful, and its staff is stellar! I’m grateful for Paul and Paz’s help in resolving an issue with the smoke detector. It’s always great seeing Paul around the building; he’s especially kind and helpful. As long as I live in New York, this building will be the one I call home.
The building manager responded to the situation extremely quickly. The maintenance team was invaluable in not only figuring out was the problem was, but also fixing it right away.
Evans and Francisco were swift and attentive in helping me move into a different apartment after experiencing issues with the roommates in my first one!
I recently moved in and I’ve had a great experience so far. My room is nice, and my roommates are very kind! I’m hopeful the full duration of my stay will be just as pleasant.
