I’ve been living at Clark House and my experience has been very positive. The community has been a big highlight and I’ve made a lot of great friends through the house. The cleaning and property teams are excellent, very responsive, and genuinely focused on improving the living experience. While it may seem expensive at first, the value becomes clear when you factor in furnished rooms, regular cleaning, and strong ongoing support. The amenities are well-maintained, but the rent felt a bit high for the room size. The neighborhood, however, makes it worth considering.

I spent three months at Clark House and it quickly became my little corner of Manhattan. The room was sunny and comfortable, the kitchen made cooking easy, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly. The best part was stepping outside and having the city right at my doorstep.

I was in a bind after my roommates bailed last minute, so I decided to give Outpost's Clark House a try. The short-term lease option worked perfectly, and the apartment was gorgeous! I didn’t have to worry about finding new roommates, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend it to anyone needing flexibility.
