My sister in law hired Outpost to do her wedding. After paying for all the food and having plenty of left over, they refused to let her take the extra food home, even though she paid for it! While family was cleaning up, there was a pair of sunglasses left in a table and the employee took them. Then the staff denied taking them. Very unprofessional.
First time since JR Kelly started using the facility that the employees were chattering about the service there. There was many tables with dishes stacked on them during the drawing.
Very slow at getting back with me. I had to call them after 2 weeks of not hearing a word.
RecommendedWe had our wedding reception at the Columbia room last Saturday, November 9. The food was exceptional, as was the atmosphere. The staff worked closely with us to make sure it was everything we dreamed of and more! The food... was amazing. It was delicious and I continue to get emails about it. I definitely recommend this company!

We had my daughter's wedding reception at the Outpost 12/29/18 and they did a wonderful job. They were very accommodating and customer service was top notched! Only issue we had was the alcohol consumption and cost got out of control. I wish we had someone watching over that portion of the reception because the bartender was free flowing the drinks way too much. SUGGESTION: limit the drinks and turn it into a cash bar after 2 drinks each or something or the alcohol tab will bite you at the end of the evening!
The menu was not a favorite. Others enjoyed it. The United Way program was very nice.
