We had an amazing experience with Outpost and the beautiful townhome we stayed in. We opted to be away from town and stayed in Teton Shadows Wild Elk neighborhood. The home had been completely remodeled in soft whites. The kitchen was equipped with a true chef in mind, spices, and tools which were all excellent. The beds were SO comfortable! We had an AWFUL experience! On our second day in a rented condo, we were greeted with 2 rats/mice in our unit!!!! Outpost JH told us that night to do what we needed to do to go to a hotel. We booked the hotel for our remaining 4 nights because we were told no other properties were available by Outpost. Outpost would not refund our remaining UNUSED nights! They expected us to stay in the condo with multiple rodents!!!!! Not going to happen!!! The emails were rude and unhelpful. They were rude enough to offer us a $100.00 refu... read more

Problems with condo in Teton Village No Ac, nowhere on the VRBO sight does it say that there is none. When we called OutPost (Rental company), they told us it was stated “no ac”. When we told them we had respiratory problems and couldn’t stay here without air conditioning they said we couldn’t have another condo on the property and no money refunded. We stayed in one of their properties via Airbnb booking. Upon arrival, there was black mold growing in the master shower. We reported this among other issues and had to involve Airbnb to get a partial refund for the poor quality and false representation of the space. Afterward, they left false and exaggerated negative reviews of us on Airbnb for others to see. I will never recommend this shady group or their properties to anyone.

Pleasure to stay in the property that Outpost represent for 5 weeks during August and Sept 2020! I am writing the email re my recent experience with Outpost in Jackson Hole Wyoming.
