I am very disappointed about my hospital appointment. I missed last two appointments because it was taking more than two hour to see the doctor .The waiting time was much longer than expected, and the overall experience felt disorganised . Pregnant women and outpatient women’s can be seen seperated and treated in different line. They don’t have any organised plan as it’s going so slow like normal day. I understand that hospitals can be busy, but patients should still be treated on time.
Waited 4 1/2hrs just to be released from the hospital. They were quick to give your bed to someone else.
Very rude and unhelpful when trying to make a phone enquiry.
