My family has had the misfortune to be required to use this facility (Hilton Head Outpatient Hospital) on several occasions. There are many problems but the absolute worse is that they allow people sitting in the waiting area to talk on their cellphones. Yes, people with any sense of dignity for following the simple rules of courteous behavior would go outside but, no, they sit and make constant phone calls which are, always, louder than regular conversations and, unfortunately, NO ONE can be expected to be without talking t... read more
