*This 1 star is for there lack of communication only, not the competency of physical care. As far as the people that I've met or talked to, I give a 3/5 star. But as far as being able to get who you need to talk to when you call, I rate it the lowest score possible! I like my Dr. and I like who I've met in person, but trying to reach who you REALLY need on the phone, is a -0.. Its the most frustrating place to reach the actual person you need! My husband had surgery last year in September, I have to say Tyler gives outstanding customer care he goes above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for all his efforts. I had surgery this morning with Dr. black and his team, I can’t express enough gratitude to the entire staff that I encountered, from the front desk receptionists to the lady who helped me to the car (and brought me my drawers 😂), BIG shout out to Ms. Donna to for being the boss of IVs and happy retirement ♥️. The team in the OR noticed I was crying a bit when the oxygen mask went on (it finally sets in) and the last thing I heard was “you’re in great hands, you’re okay, your safe”, made me cry more but they were so amazing... read more
