I recently called to make an appointment for my daughter. I asked if she could be set up to see one of their doctors that THEIR website said was accepting new patients. My request was met with a dramatic, heavy sigh as if I asked her to completely uproot her life to do this. She said he isn't accepting new patients but I could leave him a voicemail to plead my case.
