Made an appointment to get my daughter established with a psychiatric care provider to prescribe medications and follow up. Was told they don’t provide ASD or IDD services and referred to three resources that only provide adult habilitative services. That’s not what I needed - is this a mental health resource or not?
Very rude employees, hang up on you in the middle of conversations. Do not recommend
This is literally the worst place to go for help. I've been turned away twice bc of THEIR mistakes. First time they turned me away was bc they rescheduled my appt WITHOUT letting me know until I get up there with the appt I originally had. Then today I show up for my new appt and I brought EVERYTHING I was told to bring. I get there and they tell me I need a letter recommendation (which I was recommended there by my primary dr) and a proof of residency. They never once mentioned that the times I have called them. Tbh y'all were terrible. Rescheduled appointments a few times without telling. Some rude employees. (some are kind as heck) not a place you'd actually want to go for therapy if you have severe mental problems.
Twice I have showed up for an appointment only to find they have changed my appointment without notifying me.
