I have been choosing to go to Ivy Brook for my blood work that I need yearly and any imaging tests I might need. They are very professional and the office is more comfortable than going to the hospital for any tests. I also love the fact that they are connected to most of my doctors and they get the results very quickly. The staff is amazing and always tries to make me comfortable and they go above and beyond to help if there ever is an issue with an order or anything else.
The facility is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've yet to be in the office when I've waited for any length of time to see the doctor. Much of their equipment is state of the art. My doctor is Muhammed Kahn, MD. He is professional yet personable. He is a caring doctor that makes an effort to connect with his patients. He takes time as he needs to in order to serve his patients effectively. I highly recommend him and Griffin Faculty Physicians of Naugatuck.

After 30 years of going to this facility, I have witnessed a change in service I cannot find words for. If I was struck by a car at their front door, I would demand to be taken elsewhere! My last visit of 1/08/09 was a 4 hour run around that left me in more pain than when I arrived. I do not know what happened to what was a fine facility, But I for one will avoid this place at all costs.
