I was denied my patient rights to sign a bed policy waiver by a night shift charge nurse by the name of 'Liz' and then lied to me about hospital policies Repeatedly to avoid doing the paperwork. And I quote " if you just wait till the morning you don't have to sign the waiver", Liz. Professional and such kind nurses and staff. Thank you for helping my mother rehabilitate after her heart bypass surgery. Highly recommend. Nice clean and spacious facility for cardiac rehab.
Taylor is amazing at her job. She is smart empathetic compassionate and has helped me through so much psychologically and physically. I would recommend her to literally anybody!!
