So grateful for our experience today at the SGHS Outpatient Rehabilitation Care Center. Liomi (I hope I am spelling that somewhere close to right) was absolutely incredible with my teenage daughter. My daughter had recently seen a specialist who had really minimized and dismissed her pain due to joint hypermobility in her hands. Liomi seemed to immediately connect with and understand how to communicate with her while respecting her as a person, acknowledging her intelligence, and giving her agency. The staff out front are very welcoming and helpful. Physical Therapists Julie and Caroline are passionate about their work and care about the treatment and progression of their patients. The treatment they provided was organized, challenging and progressive. Both stressed proper form and technique for all exercises. When I was unable to achieve either, alternative exercises were introduced to ensure progression stayed on track. I left each treatment feeling the targeted areas had been positively affected. I received extensive therapy for rotator cuff and labral repair. Brandon is the best of the best. He was knowledgeable and encouraging, he helped every step of the way.

The scheduling process is confusing. I canceled an appointment on January 2nd due to an illness. They then scheduled me for two more visits on the 7th & 9th that I had no idea about. Of course, I was a no-show, so they discharged me and canceled my VA Referral...said I would have to get another referral to return. I hope future patients have better luck than I did.
