They were amazing I had the pleasure of working with a few of them they are all nice give you great workouts even from the comfort of your own home and if you don’t understand something they explain it in other ways. The results speak for themselves improvement across the board.
When I started physical therapy, I could barely move my lower back and hip area. Gwen helped me double my range of motion and reduce the amount of pain I was feeling significantly.
Rehab services at the Hillsborough Ave center was excellent. Both therapists, Gina N. and Devin B., were well trained and knowledgeable in my medical needs and treatment plans. Teresa was super helpful and very accommodating in my scheduling. I appreciate their role to my recovery and treatment planning. I would return and request the same trainers if I had the need. Many thanks and warm regards to my team.
I was treated for chronic, moderate lower back pain. Garrett reviewed my symptoms and clearly explained a course of action. This included daily home exercises and weekly appointments to check my progress. All members of the team (Devin & Laurie) contributed to a quick, successful return to normal activities without pain.
