Doctor Bernardin is very professional and accommodating. The exercises have been very helpful and I totally recommend making appointments with her.
Ladies at the front desk were very nice, they are very safe regarding COVID-19. My PT Kyle was great and gave me very individualized care and seemed to not just be doing his job at a PT but going above and beyond to help me get better.
Sent by my insurance company who pays in full. Girls working the front desk very helpful and quickly arranged future appointment.. right off bat I'm am told that an intern / trainee will be helping out. NEVER LET A TRAINEE PULL ON ANY PART OF YOU! Went over the same stretches for 2 appointments. Given a couple of stretch routines from the internet. One of the best physical therapy teams you could come across. I've been a client there on and off for the past two years and their entire staff is fantastic. Specifically, I work with Kyle and he is a thoughtful, innovative practitioner who takes the time to understand what is happening for me and doesn't dismiss my descriptions or explanation.
