I did not get the correct PT I needed for my condition here. The exercises recommended made my injury more detrimental. The Olympic Sports & Spine has course corrected my PT prescription and my mobility is in the positive direction. I highly recommend OSS.
This group is wonderful… from the intake through the therapy. Friendly, helpful and my wrist is so much better! I can open a door and hold a book and I plan on easing back into knitting and gardening. Michelle is a great OT - though I hope I never need it, should I need therapy again, OPT will be my go to. Go!
Update: As Outpatient PT has stated below, they did reach out to me after this, and I was pretty blown away by their concern and response. The Director of Operations and Owner both contacted me and had obviously spent a good deal of time looking into, and dealing with, the situation with the clerk and also reviewing my chart and all my notes dealing with the previous experience with my back and the MRI denial. I strongly recommend AGAINST this place. My experience with both Covington locations have been really, REALLY awful. I did PT a couple years ago at the City Hall location and couldn't get an MRI because they lied on their notes. I had told them over and over and over that PT was making things worse, but on all their notes they said I was getting better. So rather than care for the patient, they were solely focused on how THEY looked instead. Because of that, my insurance refused an MRI because I was supposedly getting better... read more
Great people! From the front office staff to the PT's & OT's these folks are the absolute best. Professional, courteous and friendly. I felt that they all genuinely cared about my health and well being. Kathleen, you rock!
