This outpatient clinic is about the most unprofessionally run clinic I’ve seen in awhile. Apparently Tiffany R. And the others have have no clue what “STAT” means. So let me educate you. STAT: A common medical abbreviation for urgent or rush. From the Latin word statum, meaning 'immediately.' I’m a disabled vet, in pain, and have a doctor’s order for an ultrasound to be done STAT. Everyone is very nice and timely.
The Front Office Staff, Jan, can work the crowd (Patients). She is helpful, friendly and attentive. Check is was a breeze. The wait was minimal. My CT scan with Sheryl Lyn was very caring and attentive.
Excellent service from the time you enter until the time you leave the building!
From the time you walk in until the time you walk out the staff are friendly and smiling. Each time i have been there, the last few weeks, my wait time isnt long and the doctors actually take the time to talk to you.
