I had a Cat Scan today the both men and women bathrooms were nasty. My husband told front desk he said not my job. Did not call anyone to come and clean. Really you are part of a hospital people pay a lot of money coming there you could clean. I.hate to think about the rest of the place how nasty it is.
Had an MRI done here today a lady named Vanessa helped me she was very rude and talked down to me when asking questions. Asked me how do you not even know if you still have a shunt or not in your head? Does the man with you even know anything since you can't remember? I had a first-time appt. with Lauren M to get the Epply maneuver for vertigo. I arrived at 8:53 for an appt I thought was at 9:00 but the receptionist said was at 8:45. She turned around and asked two therapists who were standing idly by eating granola bars if the one I was to see, Lauren M, could take me and she said no, she wouldn't have time. If you are going for physical therapy, don't or least pay close attention who you are working with. Front desk was congenial but some of the Physical Therapists are downright horrendous. My main one was decent but her backup (Laura) was an absolute nightmare of a person. She has no business working with people in pain. Honestly with out pain too, Lacking in manners and compassion. I hope for anyone's sake she left.
