I actually wanted to give them -5 star wait time is too much ridiculous, what’s the point of having appointments if there is still 3 hours wait time ,
Wait times are a bit crazy. It’s understandable that the load is high. However, scheduling appointments is a thing.. isn’t it? Avg time per patient and giving appointments accordingly..a few hours wait for people who have morning appointment says something is wrong in the way they do things here. Add to it the feeling of unfriendliness, and we understand why Canada ranks so low in efficiency of medical services. Our tax dollars need better accountability.
Wait times at the fracture clinic have improved over the last several years, So I would give the overall experience 3 1/2 stars. However, Michael, who works in the fracture clinic is fantastic and I have absolutely no second thoughts about giving him five stars! He is calm, patient, efficient, proficient, informative, professional, and he has a wonderful bedside manner!
Had to wait over 3hrs with a referral and appointment...ridiculous
