Extremely impatient, rude, inadequate, undertrained, misinformed, and understaffed.
Went for a blood draw. Was seen very quickly and the actual draw took literally like 5 seconds to poke and fill the vial before I was on my way. I’ve never had my blood taken before so I was kinda nervous but I’ve had bee stings more traumatic than the 10 minutes I was in that building.
No real complaints other than the phlebotomy team playing loud rap music and cussing up a storm amongst themselves but it was loud enough to hear from the hall. Oh well. I got my xray and on my way
