Had to go for a scan this morning. Fawn was my technician, she is caring and professional. Made sure I understood everything she was about to do.
Extremely impatient, rude, inadequate, undertrained, misinformed, and understaffed.
Went for a blood draw. Was seen very quickly and the actual draw took literally like 5 seconds to poke and fill the vial before I was on my way. I’ve never had my blood taken before so I was kinda nervous but I’ve had bee stings more traumatic than the 10 minutes I was in that building.
