Excellent.
I was an outpatient for day surgery for melanoma on July 21. I was most impressed with excellent experience that I had, from the welcoming volunteer (Carol) who escorted my wife and I up to the surgery unit, the nurses, the efficiency of the process, and the cheery disposition of all of the staff. All of the staff that I came into contact with were smiling and happy to help. My surgery was also a success. Thank you for maintaining your standard of excellence.
