An absolutely horrible place.
Horrible experience! Employees has no smile in they face only the front desk lady has the smile . .The rushed lady who’s make the appointment has no experience to work with the public .patient need to feel comfortable and welcome that’s what make them feel better .
Terrific outpatient surgery center: 1. Quick online registration made check in a 5 minutes process. 2. Wait time was about 10 minutes before being called in 3. Procedure nurse Heather was phenomenal!!! She demonstrated compassion, empathy, and overall kindness. She showed complete respect for my personal dignity as well as starting my IV effortlessly and painlessly. She should teach other preop nurses how to treat their patients. 4. Horrible place!! Zero consideration for the patient. My husband was fasting and feeling week and we had to wait for more than 2 hours. Please go somewhere else.

My appointment was at 6:15am and I was received by the front desk coordinators with a smile and efficient registration process.
