I went here to get blood work done. I definitely recommend requesting Anna. She is amazing and she actually cares about people. I have extreme anxiety with needles and she really helped me through it. Love her!
Front desk employees very attentive and helpful
We waited over 30 minutes to get registered, which is unacceptable. Meanwhile we observed 3 of the registrar's just gossiping and chatting. Once we were registered, the lab called us back. The registrar's are holding up all of the other units. I was not happy with the amount of time we had to sit and wait until they were done with their conversations.
I spent about an hour and a half in the waiting area. It was loud and noisy. People at the desks and labs were shouting out names at the same time. When someone entered the area the heater over the doors would run and it was very loud. I have hearing aids, and it was aggravating. Could not make an appointment which I can do at labcorp. At the DMV and Social Security you take a number and wait. They have many monitors that will display what number is next to be waited on.
