I spent about an hour and a half in the waiting area. It was loud and noisy. People at the desks and labs were shouting out names at the same time. When someone entered the area the heater over the doors would run and it was very loud. I have hearing aids, and it was aggravating. Could not make an appointment which I can do at labcorp. At the DMV and Social Security you take a number and wait. They have many monitors that will display what number is next to be waited on. Worst hospital in Delaware. You want death? this is where to go.
The nurses and staff were amazing with my 5 year old who needed a procedure done. I was very impressed with them and their pediatric bedside manner.
The most pleasant group of women at this location. I had to bring my daughter here this past Friday for emergency bloodwork. From the initial call to walking in and sitting down to check in, I am so grateful that they were able to assist me. Thank you all
