I would give zero stars if I could my id was stolen. I cannot afford a new one right now I have a picture in my phone and they refuse to see a mom of four who is dying in.need of a aortic valve replacement due to C-section gone wrong and all because I have a picture of my id on my phone they refuse to see me worst medical place in the world
Imagine waiting on hold to try to be reassigned a new primary care physician(as your previous just sent a message about reducing her hours in practice) only for that 17min of waiting be hung up on exactly at 5pm and you guessed it goes to VMail when you try to dial back! Whomever the associate was who answered the phone you should’ve had the respect to at least say call back tomorrow if you couldn’t or wouldn’t honor my request! I’ve had nothing but great things and experiences with UTSW until now! Horrible!
From the emergency room to them admitting my daughter, this hospital and staff were amazing!! My daughter had been to 4 hospitals, even admitted to one for 2 wks and no one found what was wrong with her until... she can't to this hospital! They got right down to the bottom of what was going on. Best Dr's ever!!!
The nurses are taking my right that I have away from being with my husband though it may be crowded. Not very happy with the staff. They need to do better. Stop forcing people away from our love ones.
Finding whats the root cause of pain is a nightmare. They are so quick get beds free that they are releasing me without finding my issues in a since I spent 3 days in ut southwestern for nothing. They wanna treat me like a drug addict its not fair I know something is wrong with me
