This location just loots you. For a telehealth visit they charged too much even in-network. Can’t believe this.
I would like to recommend Breion Perry for her outstanding customer service with her patients who call in to make appointments. What I like about her is she had a need of urgency when it came to talking to me and she spoke with me over the phone with a smile. Went to 1801 Inwood Rd for the outpatient appointment so hard to find, it's hidden and as well as when I went inside To wait for my appointment, I went to the cafeteria and they took 15 minutes to make 1 piece of Pizza. They are definitely not in any rush, and I was the first person in line, only two people waiting for food, 3 people working, they don't care about hurrying up. ON THE PLUS SIDE, THE DOCTOR WAS GREAT.AND EVERYBODY INSIDE WAS FANTASTIC
