Arrived a few minutes early to my Pickup, get out of my truck to use the call box, a guard comes out and just puts a hand up like he's gesturing me to wait or stop, no communication, still waiting long after my appointment time this morning. The phone number isn't working, I have a feeling I'm going to be waiting a while before anything happens.

terrible loading company, I came at par, they said the first one arrived, the first one was taken away, I stand waiting, there is one truck in front of me, then another truck comes for me, which was accepted in front of me, and I stand waiting further.... in the photo there is a man who runs this mess

Very unprofessional work environment no rules or policies are made clear to employees but if you violate them even without having knowledge of them you will be terminated. No room for growth within the company. No certificates are issued for any training test you pass as far as forklift operating welding and crane operating. But there is always overtime if you need it.
