The lady sitting outside (didn’t get her name but I assume she’s the owner) saved my sanity and probably my life (my wife would have killed me) by kindly taking the time to look at my daughter’s very long, very tangled hair, and explain how to untangle it.
Updated: Always professional and personable. She has become a household name because my 5yr(now 7) old daughter always talks about her hair being braided and getting her washed in the professional chair! Lol Shout out to Auntie with the wash therapy
Nicole has been doing my hair for over a year and a half. She is amazing. Extremely professional. She is always willing to work with me to figure out what hairstyle works best. My hair always looks exactly how I wanted it to after she does it.
She is unprofessional. She lacks respect for her guests she will never be successful because she doesn’t know what respect is I called to make appointment and she was very unprofessional and highly disrespectful to me I was unhappy she doesn’t truly know what is to have respect for people. way she talks to people because she is a disrespectful and unprofessional bad for business I will not recommend her to anyone that i know because her performances
Very unprofessional. She responds to customers very rudely when you ask questions or try to book appointments. I went in to ask about getting some braids .. i went inside and idk doesn't seem like it should be a hair salon.. very dingy looking but I asked how much simple box braids would cost, not too long about waist length. She sighed like she didn't want to answer the question n said ABOUT 250. I asked does that include hair or can i bring my own, she sighed again saying she has hair but i can bring my own.
