I visited this salon form two months for a fresh new hairstyle, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The stylist took time to understand my hair type, face shape, and the look I wanted. They suggested small improvements that made a huge difference, and the attention to detail was on another level. The haircut was clean, balanced, and perfectly blended. And all credit goes to the sikander as well as he was very polite with customer and well experienced.

I’ve been getting my haircuts at Outlook for a while now, and I always come back. Abhi has become my go-to hairstylist, he consistently does an amazing job giving me exactly the haircut I want

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this salon was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The owner’s attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking customer care. I left feeling unheard, rushed, and genuinely disappointed. The communication was poor, and instead of listening to what I wanted, I felt brushed off.
