"Had a wonderful haircut experience at Outlook Saloon in Brampton! Dilraj at reception was super welcoming, and poonam did an amazing job with my hair. Both were fantastic and made my visit great. Definitely recommend!
Me and my sister recently visited Outlook Saloon in Brampton for a haircut and had an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment my sister and I walked in, Dilraj at reception greeted us in the most welcoming way, making us feel valued customers , My hair artist, Abhi, was not only very nice but also did an amazing job with my haircut. We truly need more people like Dilraj and Abhi in the service industry, Highly recommend this place.
I had a great experience at this salon! Poonam did an amazing job with my waxing—she was professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the service. The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and humble. I walked in without an appointment, and they kindly adjusted their schedule to accommodate me without making me wait. Very disappointing experience. The salon advertises that it’s open until 9:00 PM and accepts walk-ins, but when I arrived at 8:44 PM, I was refused service. There was no effort to accommodate me or provide good customer service. If you stop accepting customers before closing, your posted hours and walk-in policy should clearly reflect that. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this salon based on the service I received.
Very disappointing experience. The salon advertises that it’s open until 9:00 PM and accepts walk-ins, but when I arrived at 8:40 PM, I was refused service without any effort to accommodate me. If you stop taking customers before closing, that should be clearly communicated. The lack of customer service and misleading business hours wasted my time.
