This place is terrible. I had to use it because I ran out of money. I’ve had help before that was very beneficial. Each session would be better but here at this clinic it was like I kept getting worse and all the therapist was doing was triggering me once I was triggered and got upset that she would start writing stuff almost as if she was some kind of Detective trying to instigate and push peoples buttons just so she can feel better about herself terrible place don’t use it
Look imma tell it to you straight: This is a great mental health clinic, it's an amazing resource for the less fortunate and uninsured. But be warned, it functions via interns, which doesn't mean they don't have the necessary expertise, but it does mean we are not dealing with seasoned professionals with decades of work experience under their belt. That being said, give them grace! There is currently only 1 psychiatrist and thus, she is very busy and hard to get a hold of so just be as patient as you can.
