I had an appointment for 11am today(1-26-26). I called and they rescheduled me for 2pm and confirmed it by text. My cat was not breathing right and I rushed him to the vet knowing I can make the 2pm appointment that was confirmed. But I got a voicemail from Heather(or beth) while I was at the vet saying they don't reschedule for the same day and it'd be better if I just go to the case worker before coming back, like she didn't want me to come back. I am going through therapy now with this company. I have an open DCF case. Which is has been causes Alot of conflict in my life currently. I have had 3 different therapists. They are constantly trying to implement negative reviews and paper trail of Me. I am coming for Help. N they are apart of the system trying to tear My Life apart. Which they want me to have a mental breakdown. But I Am too Strong to give This System Power.
This has to be one of the worst mental health clinics I've ever dealt with. I first contacted them 3 months ago and I still haven't received any appointment or treatment. They don't even communicate with you about your case. Last I heard from them was about 6 weeks ago when they said they were assigning me to an intern.
