We have lived here for 27 months and loved it for the first year. Since then there has been tremendous employee turnover and with it the high level of maintenance, communications from the office, and overall cleanliness have gone downhill. I am in a wheelchair and found it very frustrating last winter because the sidewalks were not cleared wide enough so I could get around and only two curb access areas were cleared at all.
