New maintenance person, new property manager. Both are doing pretty well so far. Still wish I knew my landlord though. Spoke too soon, awesome maintenance guy's gone. Good luck if you live here. Glad some of my repairs got done. Old 3*: A new maintenance guy has taken over who's awesome. In addition, a district manager from coast has taken over responsibility for the property. it's gonna be a struggle to get this place back into the tenants good graces, but they're working on it. repairs are getting done again. Just moved out there is no matnice hardly ever no solid manger ever main laundry flooded then washer and dryer got broke in to never fixed right hope it gets better there
Left messages multiple times to try and find out about opening and never got a call or message back. Can’t imagine it would be better living there.
