Incompetent. I was linked to them through Taxfyle and Rocket Lawyer. They have sent me draft returns with basic errors 5 times now, and have been unable to correct them even when i explain the exact basic error. This includes double counting deductions, which would almost certainly trigger and IRS audit. The fact that i caught these basic errors during a cursory review multiple times indicates the lack of skill and professionalism of this team. I will not be using them again in the future.
Goran was very professional, friendly and helpful. He did our taxes promptly and correctly and made sure that the electronic filing went thru, and then contacted us to confirm that everything was accepted. We will definitely continue to use his services in the future!
