The food here is great, but the customer service has gone downhill. I recently called to place an order, and the person who answered sounded rushed and impatient. Instead of putting me on hold like they’ve done in the past, I said I wanted to place an order, and they snapped back asking me what I was ordering. When I mentioned a few potatoes, they told me I didn’t need to order over the phone because it’s a drive-thru and my food would just sit there until I arrived.
