My main gripe is communication. I get that it was a big ask. I wanted to see if someone could pull codes on my car without towing it in and back, which, yeah, inconvenient. So I gave a lot of grace on timing. But if it wasn’t gonna work out, just say that? A quick “hey we can’t swing this” would’ve been fine. We’re all busy out here.
