I have been using Elizabeth at Outlander Travel for years. She and her team are top notch travel agents. When they book a vacation, they answer every question and are there is something happens. When all of the airports in the UK shutdown because of the issue with their radar systems, Elizabeth was there for me. She has a great team supporting her as well.
Stacey H was top notch in planning our trip to Prague,Paris, Normandy and Mount St. Michele. All the lodging was great and our tour guides to Normandy and Mount St Michel were the best, so knowledgeable! without a doubt, I will be using Outlander Travel for my next trip. Stacey was great all throughout the planning and so patient with all my numerous questions and concerns will be recommending her to my friends and family.
Excellent service and communication! From inquiring to returning home Donna was there every step of the way. She made our vacation easy to relax so that we can make memories. Highly recommend!
Planned a trip during / after pandemic and it was fantastic. Tried to plan another 3 country trip and never heard back.
