I was unsure of outcast audio when i got there, because i just had a small problem with my left speaker going on & off in my Nissan Pathfinder but to my surprise this business was very polite and found my problem was a pinched wire. These employees really know there business. Not only they found the problem very fast and had in and out within an hour or less! Very satisfied the prices were very, very reasonable. Reviews on this shop are questionable
They were able to squeeze me in when I called on a Sunday, it took longer than they expected (due to the radio I brought in) their service was still amazing and they helped me come up with a solution that didn’t break the bank. I never felt rushed to leave or like they didn’t want to help me. Great service, great prices, good selection of products, Dustin, April and D knows their stuff, family owned!! This is the only audio shop I will use and will tell everyone about them!!
