Scheduled appt online - never got confirmation call so called the office. Took 3 calls to get through, recpetionist said, "Oh the online scheduler doesn't work". Saw Dr. McNulty who is great. Warm, knowledgeable and patient. Schedule a procedure, office tells me my insurance did not approve. I paid cash. Staffer told me they would send me a paid invoice to send to insurance hopefully for reimbursement, never received it. Terrible experience! I took my wife there for a problem she was having and we sat in the waiting room for over two hours. It actually cycled twice in that time. We got up to leave but noticing that they hustled us into an exam room where we waited for over 35 minutes more. So we got up to leave again and they hustled the doctor in there and he spent five minutes with her and told her to go pick up a prescription for a pack of steroids and come back in three weeks. Everyone here makes you feel like a V.I.P. The office has a warm & friendly yet professional atmosphere. Dr. Williams goes above and beyond to meet the needs of his patients. I like knowing that my concerns are important to the doctor and the treatment is geared towards my healing.
Dr. McNulty is so wonderful, and I highly recommend him. The process of getting the MRI was quick. I ended up having a full ACL tear and had a lot of questions, such as if ACL reconstruction would be the right thing for me, what kind of graft he recommended, etc. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. It's been almost 2 months since my ACL surgery, and I definitely made the right choice with Dr. McNulty. He is a great surgeon and has excellent bedside manner.
