The Outermost Inn is a beautiful, peaceful, perfect retreat from a crazy and hectic world. The inn is lovely and the food delicious. Hugh and Jeanne have created a picturesque, comfortable home where everyone is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is always cheerful. For the past nearly twenty years we have enjoyed our trips to the Outermost Inn and look forward to many more. Thanks for the memories! We look forward to seeing y'all in Exuma soon.
RecommendedThere is no place like home. A welcoming place, clean and natural. Not close to the Islands activities and towns which is perfect for those who enjoy being here. Walk to the Gay Head cliffs. Lovely simple rooms looking out on water and hills. Breakfast are gourmet delights. Lots of indoor and outdoor space to explore. Lots of return guests over the years. Reserve for dinner to eat some of the best food on the Island 🌴. Great space to celebrate or retreat too. Thank you Jeanne and Hugh for hosting us.
For my husband and I, it is an annual retreat for many years. We love our hosts, the staff, the food, the peace and the beautiful setting! We feel at home without the inherent tensions of home! Always a highlight of our summer ❤️.

Always amazing. This is one of our favorite “go to” places every year on the island. The food is always fresh, creative and served with such a wonderful warmth. As great as the meal is, however, the hang after is the perfect way to wrap up the evening. The outdoor bar, the fire pit, the view with sunset... a gem!
