love those first floor ocean front rooms
We made reservations on line last January but when we got there, they didn't give us the room we requested when we booked it online. She said it was changed in February without informing us. She said, "I don't have a problem if you want to leave." Who says that when you want satisfied customers?We left and got a room elsewhere and had a great vacation. Definitely a bad choice and will never stay there. EVER!!!
The best time of my life! It's like a big family. All the kids played together. Adults were all friendly. Staff was great. Such a beautiful place! Sat outside at night and listened to the waves. We cannot wait to come back!!!!
