I would NOT recommend this service! Too many hidden fees, both from the host and outdoorsy. I did not select the insurance as my company confirmed, all rentals are covered under the same policy as my own. However, they selected the most expensive one, without my permission and tacked on an additional $350. I’m still trying to recover it and the security deposit, that was to be released over a month ago. My advice…Look at their better business review before renting.
The owner cancelled the reservation 6 days prior to the scheduled pickup of the RV. Outdoorsy tried to find an available replacement RV, but the choices they provided were too far from where I was staying during my vacation, plus the vehicles didn't have the same features we were excited to have on the original vehicle. Since it was a holiday weekend the reservations made at multiple RV campgrounds had strict cancellation policies and did not offer any credits/refunds (especially less than 7 days before the scheduled reserva... read more
Cancellation for a trip in 3 days and both Shy and Maddie were on top of it! In less than 12 hours I had a new booking at no extra cost. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We’ll definitely be using them again. Thank you for being my last minute rock stars!!!
