The quality control at outdoors Rv is so good and there product is so good how does this happen- brand new 24rls picked it up 2 days ago .the draw has no screws holding the draw slides and the biggest issue is the bed Rome closet doors are so far out of square you can stick your fingers between the door and the closet opening and then they tried to cover it up by putting in a wedge and filler to cover the mistake . We love our outdoor RV trailer. It is our second one. The mountain series is certainly the best for all weather camping. One comment. We replaced the bathroom facet. There is not enough room to put your hands under the provided facet to wash them.
She has been though 5 seasons of snow in her home State of Alaska, a trip down the Alaska Alcan, 2 seasons of Louisiana Heat & Humidity along with 2 Hurricanes and 3 seasons of Mid Ohio four season weather. Purchase 250 RDS Mountain Blackstone in Sept 2021. Two minor issues of a trim strip on inside of slide and jamming bathroom door were realized after 10 months. Both issues rectified under warranty at a different dealership that was located much closer to our home. Obviously the dealer was not please we had not purchased from them. Both dealers are ORV authorized. A dream to tow!! No external issues with chassis, seals roof or sides.
