Charlie and the staff have always went out of their way to help me out while in the store. They are always doing everything they can to help other customers while I’m in the store as well. The folks that have given one star reviews did not talk with Charlie about their issue, because I can guarantee he would have made it right. Compare the 1 stars to the five and get your real view of how this place really is.
I have stopped in at Outdoor Supply Many times to ask for advice and to look around at the yaks that they have in stock. Charlie and his entire staff including the 4-legged ones are always happy to discuss whatever is on your mind, and will spend as much time as it takes to make sure your questions have been answered. The most important thing to me that I can say about Outdoor Supply is that I never hesitate to refer anyone friend or causal acquaintance to their store for any outdoor needs.

Outdoor Supply is my favorite store for great service and superior quality hiking boots. They also have a wonderful selection of outdoor clothing and other outdoor supplies. I love being greeted by the store dog! Any business that has a pet as part of their staff gets high marks from me!
