Outdoor Supply Co Inc is very helpful My husband got his paddle for his canoe here and got the wrong size at first. He went back and they exchanged it for a nicer bigger paddle at no extra charge. That is great customer service in my book. Staff is very helpful and friendly!
RecommendedWe have just began our journey into mountain living and love walking and hiking the NC Piedmont and Blue Ridge Mountains trails. Outdoor Supply Company was recommended as the local experts. We visited OSC and were greeted by Lucas who immediately attended to our needs many questions about proper boots vs. shoes, socks etc. He was confident of the products offered and provided many options regarding footwear. OSC will definitely be our outdoor gear outfitters !
We love this store so much! The employees are ALWAYS so nice & helpful. Lucas is who usually helps us. 😊 we were looking on Hoka’s website & seen your store was a local Hoka retailer! Lucas has exceptional customer service skills and a very easy going way about him. Walked in to just look at shoes, sold me 2 pair in 20 mins and had me walking on clouds out the door. I’m not sure what’s smoother, Mr. Lucas or the process. Highly recommend checking them out
Charlie and his staff were fantastic to work with from the start. I contacted them by phone looking for a lightweight sea kayak. After talking for more than 20 minutes about possibilities, Charlie emailed me a list of various prospects that were currently in the store. Decided to get into kayaking. Not knowing anything they took the time to teach us what we needed to know and for us to get all the proper equipment. Will definitely go back.
You’d never guess a local shop would carry so much variety in high-quality outdoor gear! And the staff are amazing (especially the dog when it’s around!). I’d so rather buy local than buy Amazon.
