walked in today ready to drop 14k and couldn't get so much as a "be with you soon". I get it, corona blah blah blah but business is business if your going to be open. I bought a dirtbike here many years ago and it was the best transaction. the service department did some work on my other bike and again, top notch quality and treatment. that's why I still reccomend this place but you have got to greet people at the door, the guy in front of us walked out as well. best prices in town on oil and filters. I probably won't go here again. We spoke to Jim about a quad and he told us he'd call us as soon as it was done getting repairs. After 1 week I called to make sure we were still first on the list and was assured that my number was on his desk and he'd call after the repairs were complete. Another week goes by and I go in to get some parts and check on the quad. Apparently Jim had sold it without even calling us. Awesome staff! We did an out of state transaction through them and they were helpful every step of the way. They openly gave all the information needed over the phone and through email. When we finally made it to their shop, they were happy to assist with questions, gave recommendations and made the buying process smooth. Honest, straightforward and an amazing store to work with!!

My husband and I recently were on the market for a new pontoon. After doing a ton of research, we found that Outdoor had the best price and we drove up from Phoenix to take a look. Shaun was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He truly cared about placing us in the right boat for US. While many places will try to swindle you in this day in age, Outdoor is not one of them.
