Very helpful in dealing with pool issues. Chris is responsive to calls and text messages. Great company to work with and the workers are friendly.
Absolutely horrible experience. Multiple problems with miscommunication between the installers and front desk. They left a huge mess in our yard including over a 4 ft patch of debris/ algae/ etc. , as well as their garbage and boxes from parts. They did not finish the job… claimed we never asked for new parts, just a liner, even though it was all clearly written on our invoice and quote. Chris and his crew are some of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet they are professional they are willing to explain anything that you need to have explained they do a great job I will continue to use them I highly recommend outdoor specialist
The owner and his guys, when I say amazing, I feel like that word isn’t even enough to describe them! After firing originally scheduled installer, they came during busy season within a week had our pool up and huge difference even on the 1st visit to evaluate the yard! I used them to close my pool and will be using them to open come spring. So many people take the time to complain about companies, but not the time when some do an outstanding job.
