with 45 years of being a business owner .. I feel this business needs a bad review to wake up .. they installed a new liner for me last week .. most of that process went well .. unfortunately, after they left and we paid them in full is when it goes bad.. they "never" answer phone or ever call you back ..... liner install was in but needed cut out for skimmer and water direction valve to be completed .. when team lead left .. he called office to make sure they send someone out to finish install in am so we can get water deli... read more

Very helpful in dealing with pool issues. Chris is responsive to calls and text messages. Great company to work with and the workers are friendly.
Absolutely horrible experience. Multiple problems with miscommunication between the installers and front desk. They left a huge mess in our yard including over a 4 ft patch of debris/ algae/ etc. , as well as their garbage and boxes from parts. They did not finish the job… claimed we never asked for new parts, just a liner, even though it was all clearly written on our invoice and quote.
