The team was great! They didn’t even mind it was dumping rain! Great attitudes, and they did a great job. Giving a four instead of a five because they did puncture and chew up a section of sprinkler pipe, but they did repair it promptly. I would use them again!
Outdoor Solutions did a great job of taking down a large pine tree, clearing branches and trunk and grinding down the stump. We recommend them and will call them for future tree removal and trimming.
I had a really frustrating experience with Outdoor Solutions. Forget about the work that was supposed to be done—they don’t even pick up calls. Sometimes they only respond to emails after repeated follow-ups, and often only after the scheduled time has already passed. Communication was basically nonexistent. They rescheduled the job twice, and both times they never showed up. At this point, it feels like they don’t value their customers’ time at all.
