I stopped in the shop today to pick up some spikes for snow hiking on trails. The young man who took care of me was attentive and helpful. This store has a good selection, and its prices are comparable to the big box outdoor stores. Support local!
My husband & son visited yesterday for bike parts. Wonderful & prompt customer service!
I love this place. Always bring my bike in for its yearly service. I recently went in to look at bike shoes and cleats/pedals, and was given personal attention and advice to pick the right shoe for me. When I couldn't get the old pedals off my bike, I brought it in and they replaced the pedals with the new ones at no additional cost. The people here go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of!
Stopped in earlier in the day and bought two tire/tube combos. Went home to mount them and noticed a squeek coming from rear hub area. Took bike and unmounted tires to ORE with the plan to leave it for repair. Being late Saturday a late Monday pick up time was expected. 20 minutes later the bike was back in the truck. Tires mounted and the adjustment & lube job was completed. This is a 20 year old Trek that was bought somewhere else. Great customer service. Thanks guys!
